Who we are

Welcome to The Flow Room—a vibrant, yoga community where movement meets connection. After the closing of our physical space, we knew we needed to continue on for the amazing community we had built. Our community is more than 4 walls, from there TFR2.0 was born. Our vision and mission is to ignite high energy and positive vibes that flow seamlessly into your practice. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you're a seasoned yogi, we welcome you with open arms.

At The Flow Room, we believe in elevating, expanding, and embracing the journey to a true “flow state”. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive yoga community that encourages you to let go of perfection and simply be present. 

WHAT WE OFFER 

We offer a variety of community yoga classes—from invigorating sessions to soothing non-heated flows—all led by experienced instructors. Our unique approach incorporates elements of Pilates, Barre, and calisthenics, ensuring a dynamic and well-rounded practice. 

Led by our founder, Caitlin—a certified E500 RYT, YACEP, and CPT instructor—our classes bring a blend of strength, mindfulness, and creativity to the mat. Caitlin’s love for movement and innovative approach keeps our classes fresh, exciting, and accessible to all levels.
